Logistics Coordinator

• Customer Communication: professional and timely response to customer and network inquires. 
• Data Competency: ensuring complete accurate and timely data for all shipments. Including managing EDI transmissions and the integrity of internal and external reporting. 
• Exception Management: using reporting dashboards and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions and provide network visibility to performance and process exceptions. 

Qualifications :

• Fluent in English 
• Desired - bachelors degree in business Supply Chain/Logistics Data Science Finance Economics or related field 
• Desired - one year of work experience in logistics freight forwarding or related field  
• Desired - qualifications in supply chain management or logistics 
  • IATA/FIATA 
• University/Specialist Certifications
