Job Summary
- Oversee and coordinate the entire export order process from receipt to shipment
- Review order details and confirm key information such as delivery dates quantities and trade terms
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement production warehousing) to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare export declaration documents (invoices packing lists contracts etc.)
- Prepare and review export documents (Bills of Lading Certificates of Origin customs declarations etc.)
- Ensure documentation complies with the requirements of destination customs authorities and customers
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange booking trucking and shipment
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates on any issues or exceptions
- Control transportation costs and optimize logistics solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export-related inquiries
- Follow up on customer feedback concerning documentation and goods
- Stay informed about export controls and international trade policies
- Ensure export processes comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage risks associated with documentation and international trade
- Maintain data related to export operations
- Submit regular reports on shipments orders and costs
- Support business analysis and process improvements
- Meticulous and steady rigorous in work and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiar with international trade processes and Incoterms (FOB CIF DDP etc.)
- Familiar with export customs declaration and documentation procedures
- Familiar with sea and air freight operational procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- Good English reading and writing skills (required)
- Ability to conduct basic business communication preferred
- Meticulous rigorous and highly responsible
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask
