Key responsibilities

1. 直播业务0-1搭建

负责抖音直播业务整体规划及从0-1团队搭建建立直播运营机制SOP及管理体系

搭建并管理约10人左右直播团队包括主播运营场控中控投流及内容支持等岗位

制定直播业务阶段性目标及增长策略推动直播间快速起量

2. GMV及经营结果负责

对直播间销售目标GMV转化率ROI等核心经营指标负责

基于平台流量逻辑制定直播排期货盘策略投流策略及用户运营方案

持续优化直播间人货场效率提升用户停留互动及成交转化

3. 直播运营管理

统筹直播全链路运营包括选品脚本节奏福利机制投流协同及复盘优化

管理日常直播执行保障直播稳定性及现场运营效率

建立直播数据分析机制持续监控关键经营指标并推动改善

4. 团队管理与能力建设

负责团队招聘培训及绩效管理打造高执行力直播团队

建立主播及运营人才梯队提升团队专业能力及业务敏捷度

推动跨部门协作与供应链品牌电商内容等团队高效联动

Qualifications and skills

1. 大专及以上学历3年以上抖音直播团队管理经验具备01搭建直播间从起号到稳定盈利的实战案例有同品类运营经验优先

2. 精通直播全流程运营平台规则千川投放数据复盘与转化优化具备优秀的内容策略设计与落地能力能持续提升直播业绩

3. 优秀的现场把控决策跨团队协同能力目标拆解清晰执行落地强能有效管理主播场控投放等多角色

4. 反应快速高韧性实时敏捷数据驱动结果导向抗压能力强可适配直播高强度节奏
