GETTING A FLYING START

As a Legal Counsel you are responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and advice to the organization ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and safeguarding the companys legal interests.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

o Independently draft review and manage various contracts in Chinese and English including sales contracts purchase contracts and other contracts and legal documents to identify and place under control the potential risks from the legal perspective as well as contract compliance;

o In charge of or support other teams to negotiate contract terms and control contract related risks;

o Independently respond to inquiries regarding legal issues with practical legal advice or solutions in a timely manner;

o Manage compliance check with respect to intermediaries and other related compliance issues;

o Manage corporate governance matters;

o Efficiently manage external law firms so that they will be providing high quality and cost efficient legal service to the company.

o Assist to investigate internal complaints and non-compliance activities;

o Handle legal disputes such as contract dispute quality dispute etc;

o Provide trainings on various topics related to legal and compliance;

o Other responsibilities required by the management team.

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

• Education: Graduate from reputable local or international law school
• Experience: PQE 7 years
• SkillPass National Judicial Exam English as working language have litigation experience.
