YOUR TASKS

• 1 Working within the project teams according to project management principleas the Operations core team member作为运营部核心团队成员根据项目管理规定与项目团队一起项目管理工作
• 2 Agreeing and following up targets with the Project manager in terms ofquality costs and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existingprocesses and methods into consideration. Providing timely project decisionsand identifying critical paths in order to establish prioritized actions与项目经理在质量成本和时间方面达成一致并跟进目标并与上级达成一致并考虑现有的流程和方法及时做出项目决策并确定关键路径以便制定优先行动
• 3 Ensuring that the project targets are being achieved or overachievedsimultaneously or with the priority to selected dimension确保项目目标同时实现或超额实现可按优先度选定的需实现的维度
• 4 Defining planning coordinating and monitoring project maturity internaltasks / work packages within the production team by using predefined methodsand tools使用预定义的方法和工具定义规划协调和监控项目成熟度生产团队内部任务及工作包
• 5 Actively identifying claims potential resulting from engineering a valid status on engineering changes (e.g. change requests) withregards to their effects on the project targets跟踪项目当中的变更积极识别工程变更可能导致的客户抱怨风险并保持变更对项目目标的影响
• 6 Defining members of the extended production team with the help of thefunctional departments and moderating the production team incl. conflictresolution with functional departments在职能部门的帮助下确定扩大生产团队的成员并协调生产团队包括解决与职能部门的冲突问题
• 7 Monitoring the implementation of all defined SipCo actions (manufacturingcosts: iPC vs. ACT) 监控所有定义的SipCo行动的实施情况制造成本iPC与ACT
• 8 Ensuring agreed global standards get accomplished for project management确保项目管理流程与全球标准达成一致
• 9 Guide and advice the development responsible concerning production relatedoptions / and improvements at new developments and modifications of productswith regard to optimum cost and quality就与生产相关的选择/以及产品的新开发和修改的改进就最佳成本和质量向开发负责人提供指导和建议
• 10 Executing in the selection of appropriate production processes with theprocess experts and development team and proactively suggest the best processesfor the product与工艺专家和开发团队一起选择合适的生产工艺并积极建议产品的最佳工艺
• 11 Ensure the procurement pre-acceptance final acceptance of productionequipment according to the project milestone requirements确保生产设备的采购预验收终验收满足项目需求
• 12 Preparing Run @Rate obtaining assessment and all needed documentationfor process approval. Responsibility for the organization / qualification ofthe start of production准备根据需求准备产线Run&Rate确保所有相关文件完成以便开始量产条件
• 13 Involvement in internal and external project related audits参与内部和外部项目相关审核

• 1 Bachelor degree 5 years and above working experience/本科学历以上五年以上工作经验
• 2 Has technical background/experience in machine build (from graduation orwork experience)/有产线设备建设经验
• 3 Has project management background/experience (from graduation or workexperience)/具备项目管理经验优先
• 4 Has background in automotive (PFMEA PPAP Milestones) is preferred/具备汽车行业背景优先
• 5 Fluent English both speaking and writing./ 流利的英语口语和写作能力
