YOUR TASKS

• process characterization /creation/ optimization studies to determineprocess capabilities for meeting customer requirements.为满足客户需求负责过程特点创新优化研究决定产能
• respective production line quality.负责每条线的产品质量
• for Work Instruction WI to ensure the technical accuracy ofrepeatability and stability.填写作业指导书确保技术精度和稳定性
• reporting of manufacturing process-related failures determining rootcause.调查报告与制造过程相关的失效发现根源
• yield improvements and cost improvement projects.主导质量产量提高和成本改善项目
• withinternal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improvecurrent manufacturing process and development.与内外部设备制造商或其他装配线中心一道改善当前制造过程和开发
• the SPC control of the production line.负责生产线的统计过程控制

• 1. Universitydegree above major in electric or electronic.本科以上学历电气或电子专业毕业
• 2. 3 yearsworking experience. Above 2 years experience of process control in a JV orMNC. 3年以上工作经验2年以上外资或合资企业工艺控制经验
• 3. Havingexperience in laser welding technology preferably related to plastic partslaser welding. If have experience in ultrasonic hot riveting and dispensingis preferred. 有激光焊接工艺技术工作经验背景最好是塑料件激光焊接相关经验如果有超声波热铆点胶经验更佳
• 4. Experiencein electronic or automotive area is preferred. 汽车电子或电气自动化领域工作经验优先
• 5. Familiarwith office software.熟练使用办公软件
• 6. Good oralEnglish.熟练的英语口语能力
