YOUR TASKS

• develop automotive BMS hardware modules
  负责BMS硬件开发设计工作
• create HW module specification per customer and systemrequirements;
  根据客户和系统需求创建硬件模块技术说明书
• develop hardware architecture with existing developmentstandards and design guidelines;
  根据开发流程和设计规范指南创建硬件架构
• analyse simulate and optimize electronic cuircuit accordingto existing HW architecture;
  依据硬件架构对模块电路进行仿真分析优化
• define material and components with consideration ofeconomic qualitative and technological aspects in a project group;
  对器件从质量经济技术等角度考虑进行优选
• create HW related documents per hardware development process(like BOM circuit diagram WCA FMEA)
  依据硬件开发流程创建硬件相关文档如BOMWCAFMEA
• Perform defined hardware development reviews through thefull hardware development process and release documents;
  进行硬件开发相关的活动如原理图评审文档的创建与发放
• hardware verification plan based on the system requirementand organize the verification test of circuit function performance and Vehicletest.
  编写硬件测试规格书并依据规格书对功能进行测试验证同时支持整车试验及功能验证
• Analyse and solve the hardware issues occurred during DVinclude EMC PV and Vehicle test and record all the issues in thelesson learned
  解决DV/PV/EMC试验中遇到的硬件问题并做好经验总结
• Support project quotation Complete the quotation documentaccurately according to each phasequote requirement.
  项目报价依据报价时间节点要求正确完成各轮的报价文件

• Bachelor degree or above in EE/Power Electronic
  电气工程或电力电子专业
  
• 5 years experience of hardware design on automotiveelectronic hardware design 2 years
  experience of BMS is plus
  
• 5年以上汽车电子产品硬件系统设计经验2年以上BMS硬件设计经验优先考虑
  
• At least 3 years design experience of power supply circuitanalog circuit digital circuit MOSFET
  circuit and MCU circuit.
  
• 3年以上电源产品模拟数字电路设计经验熟悉MCUMOSFET等元器件
  
• More than 2 years FMEDA/FMEA working experience is plus.
  2年以上FMEA/FMEDA经验优佳
  
• Experience in developing test specification testsolution test requirements.
  
• Experience with power supply product test spec andcase
  有开发测试规范测试方案的经验有电源产品相关的经验优先考虑
  
• Good team sense communication and coordination skills
  具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力
  
• Fluent oral and written English can communicate with German team.
