The Role:
Entegris is currently seeking aBusiness Development Managerto jointhe Formulated Solutions(FS)team. This position will beremote butwill consist of frequent travel toourAurora Illinois and Fremont California facilities.
In this roleyou will use advanced wide-ranging experience to resolve complex issues creatively and guide product strategy roadmaps and execution. You will advise others on complex matters and use persuasion to align stakeholders across the business to design develop and manage activities for a product or product group from definition and planning through production release and end of life serving as a central resource across design process manufacturing test quality and marketing. Your work will help translate market and customer needs into product decisions that improve growth profitability and customer outcomes.You willbe a key driverformaintainingtheexisting customer baseas well asdeveloping new opportunities in the microchip manufacturing industryfor the FS business unit.
What youll do:
You will help drive growth of a defined group of key customers
You will work on expanding the Entegris portfolio in existing and untapped markets
You will work along with the Sales Team to present offerings to our largest customers
You will guide the product managersonwhat strategic direction we choose to take with our offerings
You will bridge sales marketing and strategic planning by analyzing market trends to secure long-term revenue and strategic partnerships with clients
You will be expected to visit customers here and abroad as required by the business unit
You will have to set a cadence of internal meetings to execute problem solving solutions for existing problems
You will be part of a team to introduce the newest state-of-the-art consumable products for the FAB market
What we seek:
Bachelors degree required
Typically8 years ofsuccessful experience in the chemical industry
Demonstrated product management capability across lifecycle activities (requirements roadmap launch sustaining).
Strong commercial and financial acumen (business cases pricing margin drivers and KPI management).
Ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering operations quality sales marketing) to drive decisions and execution.
A team leader and team player
An energetic experienced professional who has a successful history of developing business and growing companies
A person who can manage projects from beginning to closure
Travel- up to 50% as required by the customer
Capable of learning thechemistriesfor cleaning polishing and etching of wafers for micro processing
Be able to travel within the USA and outside the USA
Know (orhas highlearning agility) how to use the IT tools we use: SalesforcePowerBI Accolades SAP Oracle
Manage direct and non-direct reports
