Labelling Manager, TR Hainan DC
Job Summary
With the opening of the new Hainan DC for TR all volumes intended for the Chinese TR retailers will flow through the Hainan order to be able to deliver goods in China they will need to be made 100% compliant with the CSAR regulations. ELC does have two types of products:
a) Touchless products that only require a secondary label
b) Late Stage products that require primary and secondary labels
All these label artworks will need to be created and managed in line with HP validity and CSAR guidelines. Therefore the purpose of the job can be summarized as:
Manage end-to-end artwork creation review and approval process in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs Operations and external partner organizations.
Maintain and track packaging artwork lifecycle and documents in appropriate labeling repository
Responsible to implement and maintain artwork related change controls
Responsible to create and maintain label rationalization strategy
Create the label artworks based on the provided input (artwork size standardization preparation of a label artwork template etc.) for TR products WW with emphasis on China
Provide necessary label Master data for the relevant TR markets
Propose process improvements to the existing process to introduce more automation
Key responsibilities:
Streamline and automate the label creation process.
Active participation in the development evaluation and implementation of the label creation system.
Streamline and automate the label Master files.
Identify new opportunities to boost growth and implement them successfully in processes and procedures.
Ensure artwork is consistent accurate and follows relevant regulatory guidelines.
Set up manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholders.
Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats.
Partner with RA teams to obtain and align on accurate label content.
Collaborate with TR Regions to ensure label creation timelines align with product launch schedules.
Work closely with CS team to ensure label specifications support timely order processing capabilities.
Manage external vendor relationships by supplying approved artwork for printing and overseeing the final proofing stage to ensure accuracy.
Bachelors degree or a Degree or certificate in Graphic Design Product Design or similar
Business proficiency in English and Chinese additional languages are an advantage
