Title: Early Childhood Education Teacher

Responsibilities
- Co-Teaching & Collaboration: Work closely with your Mandarin co-teacher to ensure the smooth running of the homeroom and support daily routines.
- English Language Delivery: Deliver high-quality ESL lessons and language activities integrated into the school schedule (including circle time instructional periods and indoor/outdoor play periods).
- Project-Based Learning (PBL): Implement a Project-Based Learning approach integrating English language acquisition with childrens real interests to develop their critical thinking and agency.
- Lesson Planning: Collaborate with co-teachers to plan engaging age-appropriate (ages 26) daily lessons and thematic units utilizing training and guidance provided by the school.
- Child-Focused Environment: Maintain a safe supportive and child-focused learning environment that encourages natural language output.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents daily monthly and at the end of semesters regarding the childrens language and overall development.
- Progress Assessment: Compile monthly progress reports tracking childrens academic social personal and English language development to keep parents informed.
- School Support: Participate in school events open days and other duties as reasonably required of an early childhood educator.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree or above
- Nationalities: All nationalities who meet the legal requirements for a Chinese working visa as an ESL teacher are welcome to apply.
- Certifications Valid TESOL/TEFL Certification
- Experience 2 years teaching experience at a preschool or kindergarten level is a plus but Passion for early childhood education is highly valued.
- Language Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Cultural Adaptability: Basic knowledge of spoken Mandarin is a plus but not required.
