单IP 全渠道管理渠道整体运营管理制定并执行销售计划完成销售目标

策划并执行渠道促销活动提高销售额和用户转化率

版权对接负责授权品类的整体规划根据市场趋势制定有效的产品及渠道策略

授权产品选品及协同渠道设计开发渠道针对的限定产品如主题乐园Mini-soTop-toy 等渠道产品需求

联动市场部门策划基于IP为导向的营销活动最大化IP声量及销售转化

分析市场动态和竞争对手情况制定相应的营销策略

任职要求

本科及以上学历电子商务市场营销等相关专业

3 年以上玩具母婴货文创行业采购商品管理及渠道销售经验有玩具渠道管理经验或者授权玩具及IP衍生品相关行业工作经验者优先

熟悉线上平台零售模式线下零售的运营规则及经销商管理经验

有将枪的商业敏感度对动漫游戏潮流文化有较强的敏锐度能够贴合IP热度走势具备一定的选品能力

具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力

有较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力
