岗位职责
1. 定期进行供应商绩效评估
2. 定期进行供应商制程和体系审核监控供应商端的制程质量情况针对审核中的不符合项要求供应商制定纠正措施并追踪完成情况确保供应商质量能力符合公司要求
3. 针对原材料质量问题组织相关方进行调查和分析及时有效的解决问题确保生产运营顺利进行
4. 指导供应商进行风险管理制定改进计划并监督执行情况持续改进供应商质量水平
5. 完成各类质量分析报告
6. 履行该岗位相应的安全生产责任确保所有工作符合公司安全规范及要求
7. 管理层安排的其他工作
任职要求
1. 机械专业本科或以上学历
2. 2年及以上制造企业质量管理相关经验机械及机加工行业优先
3. 掌握质量工具并具备良好的 GD&T知识储备
4. 熟悉ISO9000并能够运用SPCFMEAQC七大手法等基本质量管理工具
5. 能有效使用英语进行书面及口语交流
6. 较强的责任心良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识
7. 具备良好的分析及解决问题的能力
