Accountabilities

• Development of test strategy and plan for acceptance tests
• Design the manual test case according to business requirement
• Execution of test cases and scripts on the test environment
• Raise defects in bug tracking system and track them from open to close
• Collaborate with global QA teams to ensure software quality
• Presents the tests results in English to stakeholders
• Provide testing and test tool related training to QA staffs
• Maintain automated test scripts
• Ensure all defined procedures processes and documentation are followed
• Maintain a central document and test case repository and ensure key knowledge is kept up-to-date

Specific Skills Required

• Know basic database knowledge
• General required skills including testing skills communication skills English skills
• Willingness to learn commitment to quality and can deal with complexity
• Good self-organization self-planning capability and time management capability
• Ability to work in a multicultural project team and accept different cultures

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum IT College Degree or equivalent experience with 4-5 years IT QA experience
• Familiarity with QA tools and techniques bug tracking systems test design and execution
• Experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments
• Working knowledge of some or all the following quality assurance methods: unit integration regression user interface end2end automated testing
• Experience in mobile API testing android testing agile testing would be good
• Experience in developing and executing manual and automated test scripts
• ISTQB certified tester - ISTQB Foundation Level or Advance Level are preferred
• Knowledge of logistics is a plus. Some travel may be required
