在这一角色中你将作为 Senior 项目经理的得力助手深度参与到 IT 项目的实际交付过程中你将有机会接触到真实完整的 IT 项目生命周期在资深导师的带教下学习如何进行跨部门沟通系统化需求管理及项目风险控制为你的职业生涯打下坚实的基础

岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)

作为一个助手的角色你的日常工作将主要围绕以下几个方面展开

• 项目日常跟进PM Assistant协助 Senior PM 使用 跟踪项目各节点的进度提醒团队成员及时更新任务状态确保项目信息同步透明

• 需求与运营支持Demand Management Support协助维护 ServiceNow 系统中的需求池处理基础的日常系统提单审批流跟进以及平台数据的维护工作

• 会议组织与文档管理负责项目例会需求讨论会的组织与协调负责会议纪要Meeting Minutes的记录待办事项Action Items的整理及后续的日常推进

• 日常行政支持与团队协作协助收集整理各业务部门的基础需求辅助 PM 进行项目周报流程图及操作手册等文档的编写与归档支持团队日常的高效运转

任职要求 (Qualifications)

既然是实习生我们更看重你的学习敏锐度与做事态度

• 教育背景本科或研究生在读2027年或之后毕业优先计算机信息管理工业工程商业分析或管理类相关专业优先优秀的跨专业同学亦可

• 核心软实力最看重

  • 极强的执行力与细心度交代的每项日常支持工作都能有始有终细致地完成有强烈的责任心

  • 良好的沟通与协调能力不怯场能清晰礼貌且有条理地与不同部门的同学沟通

  • 自驱与快速学习能力愿意主动提问快速吸收新的业务知识与 IT 工具

• 技能加分项

  • 熟练使用 Office 办公软件Word Excel PPT如果熟悉 或 ServiceNow 等系统者将是极大的加分项

  • 具备良好的英文读写能力能处理日常英文邮件撰写英文会议纪要或文档

• 实习时间每周能保证出勤 3-4 天及以上能够持续实习 3-6 个月者优先
