Job Description:
1负责 ERPD365CRMPricing ToolCustomer Portal等关键业务系统的运维与持续优化保障系统稳定高效运行收集业务端运维需求快速响应业务部门在系统使用中的问题
2深入营销业务部门线索报价折扣订单采购财务等与业务骨干及关键用户进行有效沟通
3参与系统更新需求的变更管理配合变更管理委员会协助用户UAT测试保障业务流程端到端可用
4负责业务系统故障排查TroubleshootingEnd user supporting支持业务系统数据及工作流管理权限管理参与系统日常运维的相关工作
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历不限专业5年以上数字化相关工作经验熟悉软件开发测试与交付流程具备IT技术背景者优先
- 具备B2B公司Enterprise Solution相关软件业务全流程支持经验熟悉ERP 系统CRM客户管理Pricing定价策略客户主数据管理等系统逻辑有Dynamic365PowerApps Power Automate 等微软系 产品运维支持经验者优先
- 掌握数据库操作熟悉低代码平台和数据分析工具具备独立故障排查能力有跨国项目经验优先
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力需求理解能力与问题分析能力能精准对接业务需求并转化为系统解决方案
- 工作认真负责耐心细致具备良好的团队协作精神执行力与抗压能力能快速响应业务端需求
- 具备良好的英文读写能力能查阅英文官方文档技术资料者优先
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力与总部技术支持团队与关键用户顺畅沟通
