Qualifications 资质需求
学历要求研究生及以上
专业要求医药相关类专业药理学临床医学基础医学专业优先考虑
每周出勤天数3天及以上
能力要求
1可熟练使用 Windows 系统下 Office 办公软件能够完成文档整理数据统计汇报材料制作等日常工作
2可熟练与AI工具交互
3具备医学文献检索阅读与解析能力
4拥有熟练的专业英文阅读能力能够读懂英文医学文献专业资料
5具备医学相关文稿撰写能力有熟练医学撰写能力者优先
6有学生会干部经历者优先
7做事认真负责工作细致严谨具备较强的逻辑思维
8具备良好的跨场景沟通表达能力
9学习主动性强能够服从实习工作安排可保证稳定的实习出勤时间
10有医药行业药企科研院所相关实习 / 项目经历优先
