Preferred Education:

Preferred Experience:
- IE专业基础熟悉IE基础理论与方法如精益生产价值流分析PDCA问题解决工时测定布局规划等
- 数据分析与仿真熟练掌握至少一种数据分析/仿真工具如Excel高级功能SQLFlexSimMinitabPower BI等能独立完成数据建模与可视化分析
- 编程开发能力具备编程基础熟悉至少一门开发语言Python / JavaScript / C#等
Preferred Skills:
- 沟通协作沟通表达能力良好能跨部门协作推进项目
- 职业素养责任心强具备主动学习意识和抗压能力
- 逻辑思维具备良好的逻辑分析与问题解决能力
- 经验加分
- 熟悉精益生产理念有制造业/供应链相关实习或项目经验
- 具备数字化落地能力有MES系统开发数据分析等相关项目经验者优先
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
