Job Description
- 负责分析方法的转移确认和验证起草相应的研究验证文件保证方法学验证的科学性合规性并审核方案和报告
- 负责实验室相关项目规划相关活动的统筹和安排追踪项目进度确保按时完成项目
- 负责建立实验室对新产品的检验能力新的分析技术深入掌握检验关键点
- 实验室分析方法SME维护实验室分析方法管理文件解决验证工作中的异常情况熟悉实验室调查流程
- 支持和带领实验室精益管理推进实验室持续改进
- 定期参与Global Quality 组织的QC相关会议清晰的知晓会议内容并根据会议内容对实际情况进行分析跟进和提高
- 根据实验室不同时期的业务需求必要时支持其他小组的工作保证常规放行和项目的交付
- 对实验室仪器设备进行综合性管理包括设备日常使用清洁点检确认数据可靠性等
- 遵守公司EHS的管理规定严格执行实验室相关的化学品管理个人防护用品危险废弃报废等各项要求
