Industrial & Construction Sales Representative

You will join China sales team and base in Suzhou your main responsibilities are:

Develop new customers and reinforce project pipeline拓展新客户增强项目储备:

- Collect market intelligence and project info as per company strategy; 收集符合公司战略发展的市场信息及项目信息;

- Analysis on the collected info and selection of target projects; 对收集的项目信息进行分析筛选出目标项目
- Intelligence on market competition and analysis on competition in specific project; 收集行业竞争情况并具体项目中的竞争对手进行分析;

Order intakes and contributing margins; 获取订单创造利润:
- Make sales strategy and follow-up plan on target project; 对目标项目制定销售策略和跟踪推进计划;
- Early commercial involvement and maintain good CRM and identify key stakeholders SOW schedule etc.; 前期商务运作保持良好客户关系识别关键人物供货范围进度计划等
- Necessary technical exchange and technical support to customer in EPC bidding and design phases; 在客户早期投标及设计阶段安排必要的技术交流和技术支持
- Lead the preparation of offer and bid contract negotiation with customer contract approval signing circulating and archive. 牵头组织投标及报价与客户进行商务合同谈判销售合同审批签订传递及归档管理;

Contract execution management 合同执行管理
- Internal KoM and periodic meeting for key project; 重点项目内部开球会;
- Order intakes and coordinate with Contract Management team to upload SO and arrange production; 获取订单协调合同管理团队录入订单安排生产
- Sales forecast and timely delivery销售预测及时发货
- Ensure timely collection; 确保及时收款

Market management and CRM for sustainable development; 市场管理客户关系维护确保可持续发展
- Deep dive in the industry and keep good connection with key players including but not limited to Owners Owners Engineer (Consultant) EPC contractors Design Institute system OEM/shipyard etc;
- Maintain strong project pipeline; 维持强大项目储备

Who we are looking for

• Bachelors degree or above with at least 10 years experiences in infrastructure industry and 5 years in sales 学士学位及以上基础设施行业8年销售5年工作经验
• Familiar with key players of infrastructure industry such as EPC contractors and design institutes etc. especially for rail transportation airport etc 熟悉基础设施行业主要参与者如承包商和设计院等尤其在轨交机场和电力行业等领域
• Familiar with industry rules and practices especially for international projects 熟悉基础设施行业规则与习惯尤其是国际项目
• Familiar with International business INCOTERMS Contract negotiation 熟悉国际贸易INCOTERMS合同谈判
• Work experience in eletrical products sales and/or MNC preferred 有电气产品销售和/或跨国公司工作经验者优先
• Positive attitude and willingness to take challenge 积极乐观勇于进取
• Pressure resistance 不惧困难和压力
• Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力
• Fluent English in listening writing reading speaking 熟练的英语听说读写能力
• Familiar with computer software: excel word PPT Teams etc. 熟悉常用办公软件如excel word ppt teams等
