Job Description:
1. Job Purpose:
This is an entry level accounting position in a multinational chemical company. The position is responsible for issuing VAT invoices for companies and tax reporting preparation.
2. Primary Responsibilities
- Issue VAT and regular invoices ensuring all invoices are issued in timely fashion
- Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure all adjustments to the billing are correctly reflected in invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliation of billings to VAT invoices issues
- Prepare tax reconciliation and VAT filing
- Other tasks relate as assigned by Tax manager
3. Knowledge / Experience / Skill Needed
Education:
Degree or certification in Accounting preferred
Skill:
Basic computer knowledge
