Job Description:

项目背景

服务于知名平板电脑产品线 IMU惯性测量单元与激光合规功能的校准系统从原型验证到量产交付负责测试站软硬件集成校准算法对接试产Dry-runEVT/DVTPVT 全流程支持代工厂CM培训与良率提升

岗位职责

1. 参与 IMU / 加速度 / 力 / 压力 / 声学等传感器校准站的需求定义软件架构设计与开发C/C/Lua/Objective-C

2. 基于 Atlas 测试平台进行序列迭代Overlay 覆盖层开发及 GCAT 构建环境维护

3. 驻厂支持试产与量产期间负责站别状态日报RadarBug 单闭环制程变更落地如奈奎斯特采样实施

4. 参与仪器规格评审参考机验证FMEA 分析校准密钥Calibration Key定义与审计配合

5. 使用 Python/MATLAB/JMP 进行产线数据拉取良率桥接复测分析与优化提案

6. 高频跨国协作与 DRI治具 DRIOpsTE 及 CM 工程师进行日常站会代码 Peer Review 与 PR 评审全英文沟通

7. 编写 ERS/测试流程文档培训 CM 操作员完成向 Ops 团队的交接

任职要求

1. 本科及以上机电/自动化/测控/计算机相关专业5 年以上硬件测试或产线自动化开发经验

2. 编程语言C/C 必备Lua 或 Objective-C 至少其一熟练具备多线程硬件接口编程经验

3. 熟悉传感器IMU/加速度/力/声学DSP 基础控制系统概念机器人/机电一体化背景优先

4. 熟练使用 Python/MATLAB/JMP 进行数据分析和可视化

5. 英语口语流利需频繁参与跨国视频会议能够无障碍进行技术讨论问题排查与方案评审

6. 能接受工厂现场轮班支持并配合中美时区会议早/晚需有一定重叠

7. 有供应链EMS富士康/立讯/和硕NPI 或 MP 支持经验者优先
