IIoT Software Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in the research design and development of next-generation Industrial IoT HMI solutions on NXP MCU and MPU platforms.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis architecture design implementation testing and deployment.
• Develop and maintain embedded software graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and HMI applications for NXP Industrial and IoT devices.
• Support technical documentation creation review and maintenance to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solutions for customers worldwide.
• Assist in validating software functionality performance and user experience across different hardware platforms.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in C/C JavaScript programming Experience using Generative AI tools to improve software development productivity is preferred.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and MCU/MPU device.
• Knowledge of embedded graphics frameworks or GUI technologies such as LVGL.
• Good English reading and writing skills; verbal communication skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Interest in Industrial IoT HMI development and embedded software technologies.
