I2C DS Collection & Dispute Sr Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform endtoend Invoice to Cash activities including invoicing cash application andaccountsreceivable processingin accordance withestablished procedures.

• Verify invoices against approved orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing.

• Apply and reconcile customer payments including cash postings and account reconciliations.

• Monitoraccountsreceivable aging and support collection activities to ensuretimelyresolution of open balances.

• Investigate and resolve routine billing payment and customer account discrepancies escalating complex issues as needed.

• Support preparation of financial reports reconciliations and audit documentation aligned with internal controls.

• Identifytrends and opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the I2C function.

• Apply Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all daytoday activities and interactions.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration ora relatedfield.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 02 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable billing cash application or finance operations.

• Foundational understanding of Invoice to Cash (I2C) or Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a structured processdriven environment.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage transactional accuracy and deadlines.

• Basic analytical skills including simpletrendor variance analysis.

Preferred:

• Experience in a shared services or global finance environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.

• Exposure tofinancial controls audits or compliance requirements.

• Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
