Want to build AI solutions that people actually use

Were looking for an AI Builder Intern to join our People & Culture (HR) team.

This is probably not the typical HR internship you have in mind.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely good at AI not just someone who knows how to use ChatGPT or write prompts but someone who can understand a real business problem figure out how AI can help and turn the idea into a working solution.

Youll work directly with our HR team on real challenges and have plenty of room to experiment build and learn.

What youll do

• Talk with HR colleagues to understand their real needs pain points and ideas
• Turn those needs into practical AI use cases and solutions
• Build and prototype AI apps agents automated workflows and other AI-powered tools
• Explore different AI tools and platforms and figure out what works best for each problem
• Test your solutions with real users collect feedback and keep improving them
• Help us discover new ways AI can change how HR works from recruiting and learning to talent management employee experience analytics and beyond

Wed love to meet you if you

• Are really into AI and actively explore new AI tools models and applications
• Dont just use AI you enjoy building things with AI
• Have experience with some combination of AI agents workflow automation APIs prompt engineering vibe coding no-code/low-code tools or AI application development
• Can take a somewhat vague business problem ask the right questions and turn it into something that actually works
• Are curious hands-on and comfortable experimenting when there isnt a ready-made answer
• Communicate well and enjoy working with people who may not have a technical background
• Can work at least 23 full days per week

HR experience

Nice to have but definitely not a must.

If youre curious about people organizations and how companies work thats already a great start. We can help you learn the HR side.

What we care about more is your AI capability problem-solving mindset and ability to build.

• 和HR同事一起聊业务理解他们真正的需求痛点和想法
• 把一个可能还比较模糊的需求梳理成清晰的 AI Use Case
• 根据需求搭建和开发 AI AppAI Agent自动化Workflow或其他AI解决方案
• 探索不同的AI工具和平台判断什么方案最适合解决具体问题
• 把Prototype给真实用户使用根据反馈不断迭代
• 和我们一起探索AI还能怎样改变HR招聘学习与发展人才管理员工体验数据分析知识管理都可能成为你的实验场

• 真的喜欢AI平时会主动研究和尝试各种新的AI工具模型和应用
• 不满足于会用AI而是喜欢用AI把东西做出来
• 对以下部分领域有实际经验AI AgentWorkflow AutomationAPIPrompt EngineeringVibe CodingNo-code/Low-codeAI应用开发等
• 面对一个不那么清晰的业务问题能够通过提问和分析把需求梳理出来再想办法实现
• 好奇心强喜欢动手尝试不需要别人把每一步都告诉你
• 有不错的沟通和协作能力能够和没有技术背景的同事一起工作
• 每周可以保证至少 23个完整工作日

有HR相关知识或经历当然更好但不是Must-have

相比HR经验我们更看重你的AI能力解决问题的能力以及把想法真正做出来的能力
