Job Summary

HR Direct service delivery is provided to employees and managers through accurate timely case handling and consistent guidance using established policies procedures and the knowledge base.

What you will do
  • Employee and manager inquiries are handled end-to-end using standard procedures ensuring accurate resolution and clear documentation
  • Employee and manager inquiries are answered with correct policy/process guidance escalating when the case is complex or outside defined practice
  • HR systems and knowledge base content are used correctly to ensure consistency and timelinessof service delivery
  • Case trends and recurring questions are flagged to support continuous improvement and knowledge updates
  • Collaboration with internal partners (e.g. Payroll Country Services) is supported to resolve cases efficiently
  • Compliance with data privacy process controls and quality standards is maintained in day-to-day work
  • Works primarily within established procedures and precedent
  • Handles routine-to-moderately complex cases; escalates non-routine/cross-border cases per agreed escalation paths
  • Focus is on individual delivery and service consistency
We believe you have
  • Solid working knowledge of HR policies and processes relevant to scope
  • Strong customer orientation attention to detail and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage case workload effectively
  • Working proficiency in HR systems and knowledge base usage
  • Works primarily within established procedures and precedent
  • Handles routine-to-moderately complex cases; escalates non-routine/cross-border cases per agreed escalation paths
  • Focus is on individual delivery and service consistency
