Position Overview
The Homeroom Teacher works with students aged 3 to 6 in a collaborative teaching environment. This role involves lesson planning implementation and assessment in partnership with Chinese lead teachers. Teachers create an English-rich atmosphere organize festival celebrations and maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

Key Responsibilities
Teach and guide K1-K3 students in a homeroom setting with engaging interactive lessons
Complete lesson plans and implementation together with the Chinese lead teacher
Design English teaching activity lesson plans teaching aids and semester work summaries
Record childrens English learning progress and conduct English assessments
Co-responsible for teaching communication and feedback about children in the kindergarten
Implement project-based teaching methods and accompany children throughout rest and activities
Provide an English communication atmosphere throughout the day
Organize and plan various festival celebrations
Arrange teaching activities according to the schedule and implement the kindergarten curriculum
Work with Chinese teachers on classroom environment creation and parent communication
Complete weekly planning weekly feedback 2D/3D material design and English picture book reading design
Participate in English teaching research and end-of-semester data collection and student evaluations
