Job Summary
ORGANIZATIONAL REORGANIZATION AND INTEGRATION
- Design and implement a deep structural reorganization of the Gas Hob Ventilation and Oven/Steamer teams to improve synergy and efficiency.
- Continuously improve overall organizational efficiency specifically driving the adoption of AI and modern engineering tools in daily operations.
BUSINESS AND PROJECT EXECUTION
- Fully drive and execute the priority list defined by the Cooking Business Unit Head.
- Accelerate the development and delivery of export projects ensuring strict adherence to international standards and project timelines.
COST EFFICIENCY AND VALUE ENGINEERING
- Strictly implement and advance the idiot index based ratio management across all cooking appliance categories.
QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Take proactive ownership of after-sales quality issues driving continuous technical improvements.
GLOBAL COLLABORATION AND ARCHITECTURE
- Maintain highly effective communication with global R&D teams for cavity ventilation and gas hob.
- Ensure alignment on global product architecture and pre-development initiatives fostering a win-win environment for global and local collaboration.
Qualifications :
- Proven R&D leadership experience in the home appliance automotive or similarly complex advanced manufacturing industries.
- An intense passion for innovation; must possess a visionary mindset (a sparkle in the eyes) combined with exceptional practical hands-on execution capabilities (hands-on skills).
- Demonstrated success in organizational design structural reorganization and change management.
- Deep understanding of cost engineering.
- Highly fluent in English and fluent Mandarin is highly appreciated.
- Open-minded towards new technologies with a strong actionable drive to implement AI applications within R&D processes.
