Job Description:

The Director of Market Access CoE is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and leading a high-impact centre of excellence that drives high-quality integrated pricing strategy bidding strategy early access strategy and capabilities across entire portfolio closely partnering with regional and local cross-functional teams;

Overall market access and pricing strategies

oDevelop and own end to end pricing strategies for entire portfolio covering from early pipeline launch NRDL to life cycle management

oStrategic access strategy for early pipelines and BD

oBusiness key cycle pricing planning

End-to-end Tendering strategy policy and operation management

oDevelop and lead the execution of tendering strategy at national and provincial levels;

oManage external stakeholder engagement and policy shaping for pricing and procurement bureau under NHSA;

Policy analysis market intelligence & capability building for entire integrated market access and government affair team

oTrack analyze and forecast healthcare reimbursement pricing tendering HE RWE policies providing strategic opportunity and risk assessment;

oDevelop policy position and shaping evidence

oLead the design and implementation of capability building programs

Team leadership & development of a high-performing team and talent growth

oFoster a culture of C.O.E leadership behaivor push beyond and GRIT
