YOUR TASKS

• Agreeing and following up targets with theProject Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms of quality costsand timing and taking existing processes and methods into consideration
• Steering and executing in the development ofproduction methods taking the market development for
  production systems into account and check newsystems for their suitability and applicability as set by
  Hella specific constrains and legalrequirements
• Advice the development responsible concerningproduction related options / improvements at new
  developments and modifications of productsregarding optimum (cost and quality) joining and assembly
  design as well as process design
• Prepare suggestions for design of componentssuitable for production in accordance with manufacturing requirementsidentifying concrete potentials for saving based on the idea of TCO (total costof ownership); inspiring design or manufacturing engineering changes
• Plan complex operating equipment based oncapacity and staff deployment plans to be drawn up; define type extent andnumber necessary production equipment (including auxiliary and series toolsjigs testing equipment special machines); arrange the procurement and/orproduction of the specified
  operating equipment
• Determine available internal capacities forthe construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs
  and prepare suggestions for internal orexternal procurement
• Define and describe manufacturing sequencesmanufacturing capacities and operating equipment data
  taking into account the planning variables tobe determined (workflows planned times batch sizes);
  prepare manufacturing plans using existingsystems and methods
• Plan new manufacturing sequences andoperating equipment with the help of existing manufacturing
  processes taking knowledge from the field ofwork science production engineering and economics into
  account as well as guidelines and digitization to increase efficiency and robustness (e.g.
  MES Hydra iTAC)
• B Leadership
• Deploying employees corresponding to theirqualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and
  supporting employees in a target-oriented andmotivating manner to fulfill the tasks
• Guiding instructing and supporting employeesin function-related tasks
• Participating in hiring process andresponsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well
  as qualification demands

• University degree above. Major in engineering experience in engineering management is acceptable.
  
• More than 5 years working experience. Above 2 years experience of manufacturing engineer team management.
  
• Good understanding of project developing process quality control system in automobile industry.
  
• Good negotiation skill and conflict management good understanding of compliance of process. This is Must.
  
• Familiar with office software. (Must)
  
• Good oral English. (Must)
