负责建立全国性HDC装企经营体系将当前项目型区域型装企业务升级为可复制可规模化的全国零售增长引擎

全国装企渠道开发

跨区域装企管理

安装生态建设

标准化运营机制建立

推动装企渠道从区域项目生意升级为全国性零售增长渠道

核心职责

1. 全国HDC战略制定

制定全国HDC发展规划

筛选重点装企合作伙伴

建立跨区域合作机制

建立区别于传统零售的HDC经营模式

2. 跨区域客户管理

管理全国性及跨区域装企客户

协调区域执行一致性

建立统一合作标准

避免区域资源冲突与重复谈判

3. 安装生态建设

建立安装商分级与认证体系

建立安装商激励机制

提升安装质量与用户体验

提升安装商品牌黏性

4. Sell-out经营管理

通过装企生态推动Sell-out增长

提升项目转化效率

建立可复制的装企经营模型

协同终端展示与用户体验建设

5. 区域能力管理

管理区域HDC专员虚线汇报

推动全国HDC SOP标准化

输出最佳实践

建立长期装企经营能力

Requirements

• 本科及以上学历市场营销工商管理暖通空调建筑环境与能源工程等相关专业优先

• 具备暖通空调HVAC家居建材家电智能家居或相关行业背景者优先

• 熟悉装企渠道经营模式及行业生态了解终端零售市场发展趋势

• 具备全国性渠道开发与客户管理能力能够独立制定渠道拓展策略并推动落地

• 具备优秀的商业谈判和客户关系管理能力能够建立长期战略合作伙伴关系

• 熟悉渠道运营管理体系包括渠道规划客户分级绩效管理及运营机制建设

• 具备安装服务生态建设经验了解安装服务商管理认证培训及激励机制

• 具备较强的数据分析能力能够通过渠道及市场数据发现业务机会并制定增长策略

• 熟练使用ExcelPower BICRM等数据分析及业务管理工具
