Job Summary
This role focuses on leading curriculum delivery guiding childrens activities and supporting ongoing teacher development.
Student age range: 2 to 6 years old
Approximately 20 classes per week 25 minutes per class
Class preparation and related planning work
Carry out theme-based training for on-site foreign teachers
Provide daily teaching guidance and continuously improve class content
Maintain strong relationships with class members and their parents
Position Overview
The Lead Early Childhood Teacher will administer the curriculum lead classroom and outdoor activities assess child progress and communicate daily with families. This role also includes decorating the classroom environment to meet program goals supporting marketing events and participating in teacher training when necessary. The teacher works closely with the principal to accomplish assigned tasks and leads English subject teaching and research.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM 5:30 PM
Two days off per week; winter and summer breaks total approximately 2 months
Class Structure
Class size: 15 to 25 students
25 minutes per class around 20 classes per week

o Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities

Record and assess childrens physical cognitive social and emotional progress
Maintain daily communication with families
Decorate the classroom environment to meet program goals
Support marketing events and teacher training when necessary

Excellent teaching ability with proven capacity to organize English subject teaching and research
Experience delivering theme-based training and daily teaching guidance to foreign teachers
Ability to maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Commitment to continuously learning and improving class content
Accomplish assignments allocated by the principal efficiently
- Bachelors Degree
