1. 负责当班人员排班任务分配及现场5S管理确保生产计划按时达成

   Responsible for shift scheduling task allocation and on-site 5S management to ensure production plans are met on time.

2. 监控关键工序质量指标推动持续改善Kaizen降低报废率与物料损耗

   Monitor quality metrics for key processes drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and reduce scrap rates and material waste.

3. 开展员工技能培训建立标准化作业指导书SOP提升团队整体技术水平

   Conduct skill training for employees establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and elevate the teams overall technical capabilities.

4. 主导生产过程中的异常处理如设备调试产品不良分析减少停机时间

   Lead the handling of production anomalies (e.g. equipment debugging defect analysis) to minimize downtime.

5. 运用精益六西格玛工具主导产品线效率提升项目或提出数字化/自动化解决方案的需求

   Lead product line productivity improvement projects by using Lean Six Sigma tools or propose requirements for digital/automation solutions.

6. 配合工程/研发部门进行新产品试产反馈量产可行性建议

   Coordinate with Engineering/R&D departments for New Product Introduction (NPI) trials and provide feedback on mass-production feasibility.

1. 大专及以上学历机械/电子/自动化等相关专业优先5年以上制造业经验有技术岗经历者优先

   Associate degree or above majoring in Mechanical/Electronic/Automation or related fields preferred; 3 years of experience in manufacturing; candidates with a background of technical roles are preferred.

2. 具备良好的英语应用能力能顺利读写英文管理文件与技术资料如设备手册SOP等并能进行简单的英文日常口语交流

   Solid English application skills are required. Must be able to read and write English management documents and technical materials (e.g. equipment manuals SOPs) smoothly and conduct simple daily oral communication in English.

   Proactive and creative with excellent problem analysis and resolution capabilities.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026 subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role dedicated to the PSS business will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
