The hotel is the gateway to your historical exploration of the capital city such as the Great Wall Tiananmen Square Forbidden City Temple of Heaven hutongs Houhai Bar Street Jing Shan Qianmen and Beihai Park.
Guests have direct access from the hotel to China World Mall and Guomao subway lines 1 and 10 interchange station. China World Mall has indoor skating rinks foreign-language bookstores cinemas and over 90 restaurants covering the gamut of urban lifestyle interests trendy cuisine shopping entertainment and other fun activities.
It is also about 35-minute drive from Beijing Capital International Airport.

We are looking for Russian Speaking GRO.

As Russian Speaking GRO we rely on you to:

• Guest Welcome: Offer dedicated assistance to Russian-speaking guests during their arrival and departure.
• Language Support: Serve as a translator and key communication bridge between hotel staff and Russian-speaking guests ensuring their needs and requests are clearly understood and accurately fulfilled.
• Guest Information & Personalized Recommendations: Offer detailed information about hotel facilities dining venues and local attractions. Provide personalized recommendations tailored to the cultural preferences of Russian and Portuguese guests.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise closely with operation departments to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery and consistency throughout the guest experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Native or Near-native fluency in Russian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultures and personalities.
• High standards of personal grooming a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and shift work as required by hotel operations is preferred.
