Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication and coordination with relevant government authorities at different levels.
• Support the resolution of issues arising from business operations by engaging with regulatory bodies including but not limited to EHS environmental protection investment promotion and urban management authorities.
• Represent the company in governmentrelated discussions and ensure timely appropriate responses to government inquiries.
• Work closely with Caterpillar global government affairs team to ensure alignment with global policies processes and governance standards.
• Monitor relevant laws regulations and policy developments and provide support to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Law Public Administration International Relations Diplomacy or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in government affairs public affairs compliance or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders.
• Solid compliance mindset with a basic understanding of laws regulations and government policies.
• Strong professional judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
