Your contribution to something big

As a Global Category Manager you play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and resilience of Boschs global supply chain for our sustainable HVAC portfolio. You will be responsible for the lead of one of our most relevant procurement strategies lead negotiations build sustainable supplier relationships to contribute innovation and long-term growth.

• You are leading developing and implementing a global category strategy for motors. Aligning strategy cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders across all regions (EMEA APAC AME) and HC product lines considering e.g. product roadmaps stakeholder requirements quantity developments supply markets supplier performance
• Coordination (definition follow-up) of global category activities.
• Manage key agreements together with commercial buyer function: Contract & price negotiations corporate agreements commercial price agreements etc.)
• Management of complex international business environment: PUR volume / Number of suppliers / number of parts / international HC-plants and manufacturing

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you

Education: Degree in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain Management or related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in strategic commercial procurement strategic category management supplier negotiations and contract management of >5 years
• International experience and technical background related to HVAC business and technology is a plus
