在奇华顿Givaudan我们通过创造令人愉悦的味觉体验将美味与健康带入生活作为味觉与健康Taste & Wellbeing业务单元下的风味创香与应用Flavour Creation & Application简称 FC&A团队成员饮品创意师将专注于融合现代街饮文化创新并开发咖啡和茶饮类的创意饮品
该职位将艺术表达感官专业知识与市场洞察相结合打造独特的饮品概念进一步巩固奇华顿在味觉创新领域的领先地位

主要职责Key Responsibilities

1. 创作并设计街饮概念重点聚焦咖啡与茶饮创新
2. 跟踪消费者偏好及饮品趋势并将其转化为独特的风味解决方案
3. 与调香师感官科学家及市场团队紧密合作将创意理念转化为实际饮品样品
4. 支持客户协作项目提供有吸引力的饮品概念展示与品鉴活动
5. 为客户准备并呈现创意饮品菜单展示及趋势分享环节
6. 持续探索新的创意方向提升奇华顿在街饮领域的创新影响力与品牌可见度

任职资格Qualifications

1. 大专及以上学历主修食品科学饮品研究烹饪艺术或相关专业者优先
2. 至少5年在创意咖啡馆茶饮开发或菜单设计方面的工作经验
3. 熟悉咖啡与茶的制作工艺配方创作及街饮潮流趋势
4. 具有出色的创意思维感官认知能力并能以美学方式进行饮品展示
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和跨职能团队协作能力

优先条件Preferred Qualifications

1. 具备调酒师经验对风味平衡及跨品类饮品创作有深入理解
2. 有创意饮品比赛经历或活跃于饮品创新社群者优先
3. 拥有客户演示或创意概念提案的实操经验者优先
