3. 实习时长每周 3 - 5 天连续实习 3 个月以上

二岗位职责
在公司 IT 专业人员的指导下具体负责以下工作内容
1. IT 设备部署与配置严格按照标准化流程完成公司标准 IT 设备包含电脑打印机RF gun 等的配置系统安装及部署工作确保设备符合公司使用规范与业务需求
2. 用户支持与问题解决协助处理日常用户支持事务如系统故障排查软件安装调试网络连接问题解决等及时响应并跟进用户需求直至问题闭环
3. 测试与优化参与 IT 硬件设备或软件的功能测试兼容性测试工作协助记录测试过程中的数据与问题为系统优化提供依据
4. 文档与流程维护协助整理常见问题解决方案工作流程等相关文档及时更新与完善内部知识库保障信息的准确性与可查性

三任职要求
一般要求
1. 学历与专业高校本科或以上在读学生信息技术计算机科学与技术网络工程等相关专业非相关专业但对 IT 技术有强烈兴趣愿意学习的同学也可申请
2. 学习能力具备较强的学习能力能够快速掌握新工具新系统的操作流程
3. 沟通协作性格外向开朗善于沟通交流乐于与不同部门同事协作具备良好的团队合作精神
4. 工作态度工作细致认真责任心强能主动发现问题并积极推动解决
5. 语言能力英语沟通能力强者优先
技能要求
1. 软件操作熟练使用 Windows 操作系统如 Win10Win11及 Office 办公软件WordExcelPowerPoint
2. 网络基础具备基础网络知识掌握常见网络问题的排查能力
