FF Studio Assistant - Your Future Position

As a Fine Fragrance Studio Assistant in our Fragrance & Beauty Division you will have the opportunity to work in our prestigious perfume showroom located in the city center and our office in Zhangjiang. You will assist perfumers and sales teams in creating and blending fragrance samples and participate in welcoming visiting clients. Sounds interesting It could be your good opportunity. If you always aim to exceed customer needs deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:

• Strictly follow the standard operating procedures for preparing powder/liquid products according to the orders.
• Perform packaging of products according to the requirements of the orders.
• Maintain and keep the laboratory area and experimental facilities clean and well-maintained.
• Fill out production records and reports.
• Follow all company safety regulations and strictly follow company policies personal hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Proficiently operate the blending system and perform accurate and efficient operations.
• Maintain the inventory of raw materials and consumables to ensure support for laboratory operations.
• Proficient in operating the SO management system able to perform order release and basic operations.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelors degree major in chemical related fields
• 1-2 years working experience in lab environment
• Read and write English
• Have a basic understanding of SAP and perform simple tasks such as material inquiries and replenishment of raw materials.
• Be willing to perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor according to production needs.
• Have effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and achieve customer service goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility resilience and a passion for fragrances.
