As a开机操作员/手工配料员you will proficiently operate batching systems MWS SAP CMS per production orders performing manual and automated batching safely accurately and efficiently. You will ensure on-time high-quality production delivery and maintain a clean standardized work area at all times. Sound interesting It could well be your good opportunity. In this exciting role you will:

1配料作业执行严格依照 SOP及岗位操作规范熟练使用MWS 配料系统完成配料作业根据订单需求与岗位生产目标按时按量完成配料作业

2香精搅拌与重量异常处理负责按要求进行香精的搅拌作业确保均匀性当机器配料重量出现偏差时主动协助领班质量或技术人员调查原因包括检查设备原料系统数据等并记录反馈

3原料管理及时补充手工配料区的原料将大桶原料安全上架按计划进行原料盘点对系统与实物库存存在差异的及时确认并调整确保账实一致

4设备操作与维护开机配料员须熟悉机器操作及CMS 系统相关操作负责生产设施工治具的日常点检清洁与基础维护保持设备良好状态

5香精生产负责香精的混合搅拌

6系统操作掌握 MWS/SAP/CMS 系统相关操作如物料查询订单确认库存移动等确保数据准确

7EHS 与合规严格按照 SOP 和工作场所安全准则进行操作确保自己及他人安全严格遵守公司EHS 规定各项规章制度及个人卫生制度在工作中养成良好的操作规范确保自身及他人安全

85S与现场管理负责配料区域的5S工作整理整顿清扫清洁素养保持作业环境整洁有序

9跨部门协作与生产质量小样品物流EHS 等部门保持良好沟通确保配料环节顺畅

10其他任务根据生产需要服从主管及上级安排的其他合理工作任务
