• Develop and lead the execution of global go-to-market and growth strategies for Maximal export markets
• Deliver against targets for volume revenue market share and profitability
• Identify market opportunities and implement plans to accelerate sustainable growth

Distribution & Dealer Network Development

• Expand and strengthen the global distribution network through the appointment development and management of high-quality dealers
• Drive performance across the dealer network to increase truck sales aftermarket parts and service revenue and brand presence
• Ensure consistent standards of dealer capability customer experience and financial performance

Business Model Innovation

• Identify test and implement alternative low-cost sales and distribution models
• Drive initiatives that materially improve revenue growth cost efficiency and margin performance
• Explore new channel strategies and partnership models to expand market reach

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance

• Partner closely with HYMH global and regional functions supporting the Maximal Export business
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including Marketing and the APIC Vice President Aftermarket to accelerate growth
• Ensure full compliance with company policies governance frameworks and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
