This role offers a flexible hybrid work week with a mix of remote and on-site days. While hybrid is the standard arrangement youre also welcome to work on-site full-time if you prefer. Our primary studio location is in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of game launches patches and live service updates in partnership with senior producers.
• Manage and track LiveOps work across design art engineering sound and QA teams ensuring schedules priorities and deliverables remain aligned.
• Coordinate issue triage tracking and resolution throughout development and release cycles.
• Communicate release schedules milestones risks blockers and status updates to team leads and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Partner with internal and regional teams to support live operations escalating issues and dependencies as needed.
• Participate in release readiness publishing and infrastructure planning discussions to support successful launches.
• Contribute to live service support efforts and help coordinate responses to service-impacting issues when they arise.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across distributed development teams and external partners.

• 5 years of experience working on live software services in a producer project manager or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and drive projects through successful timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines live service operations and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams.

• Experience with technical production engineering teams or development tools.
• Experience working on mobile game development or live-service mobile games.
• Experience supporting globally distributed or co-development teams.
• Passion for action RPGs mobile games and live-service experiences.
