Job Summary
Operations Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining various MIS reports ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with Business Tech and vendor to define and validate the logic and requirements for systems used by Operations.
Participate in UAT for new system/function go-live system enhancement or new process automation and maintain operational documentation.
Identify operational tasks that could be streamlined using available resources and work with different teams to implement.
Interaction with clients local custodies Exchanges or relevant counterparties for various operations matters.
Support Operations related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Futures qualification certificate is highly preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
University graduate with relevant finance industry experience.
Familiarity with automation and data visualization tool.
Strong interpersonal skills ability to partner with different stakeholders to support various projects and initiatives.
Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism
