The objective of this role is to support the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales) and Project Operations across APAC markets including regions requiring Chinese language support. The role will partner with Solution Architects and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into scalable and compliant solutions.
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
Work with Solution Architects to support solution design and architecture alignment
Lead requirement gathering sessions and prepare BRD documentation
Perform fit-gap analysis and contribute to solution design
Configure D365 CE (Sales) and Project Operations modules
Support sales lifecycle and project operations process implementation
Create UAT test scenarios scripts and manage business validation cycles
Perform functional and system testing prior to UAT execution
Prepare training materials and conduct user enablement sessions
Ensure alignment of solution design with APAC business practices
Support integrations and data flows with other enterprise systems
Assist in deployment and post-go-live support activities
Ensure compliance with governance and enterprise standards
Professional Knowledge/Skills
6 years of experience in D365 CE (Sales) and Project Operations
Experience delivering Global/APAC-wide CRM and project operations solutions
Strong understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle management
Experience in BRD creation functional documentation UAT and testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with Solution Architects and technical teams
Knowledge of Power Platform integrations and data concepts
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Personal attributes
Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced multi-country environments
