To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times monitoring guest satisfaction security and employees activities. Responsible for the general administration and profitability of the Front Office Department including Front Desk Concierge Service Centre Transportation Guest Relations Business Center and Horizon Club.

We are looking for someone who:

- Fluent in oral and written English.

- At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in 5 Star Hotel.

- Strong leadership skills and excellent inter-personal skills.
