岗位职责

• 全程负责项目电气工程从设计招采施工到调试交付的全过程管理
• 参与设计评审优化电气系统方案确保可靠性经济性及可维护性
• 编制电气招标技术规格书参与供应商考察及评标工作
• 跟踪高低压柜变压器UPS等关键设备生产交付进度
• 监督现场电气安装及试验确保符合规范及设计要求
• 组织电气系统送电调试及与其它专业的联动测试
• 管控电气变更及现场签证评估成本与工期影响
• 定期向项目决策层汇报电气进度质量及风险状况
• 组织竣工图及操作维护手册编制协助最终验收移交
• 作为电气专业接口人协调设计院供电部门承包商及设备供应商

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design procurement construction to commissioning and handover.
• Participate in design reviews optimizing electrical system solutions for reliability cost-effectiveness and maintainability.
• Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
• Track the manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment such as HV/LV switchgear transformers and UPS.
• Supervise on-site electrical installation and testing to ensure compliance with codes and design requirements.
• Organize power energization system commissioning and integrated testing with other trades.
• Control electrical change orders and site variations assessing cost and schedule impacts.
• Regularly report to project decision-makers on electrical progress quality and risk status.
• Organize the preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals and assist in final acceptance and handover.
• Serve as the primary electrical interface coordinating among design institutes utility providers contractors and equipment vendors.

• 本科或以上学历电气工程电力系统及其自动化建筑电气或相关专业
• 至少5年建筑电气工程经验有电子半导体医药或制造业工厂厂房项目全过程管理背景者优先
• 熟悉电气系统从设计招标采购安装到调试的全流程管控
• 有电气招标技术文件编制及供应商评估经验
• 熟悉电力系统相关规范及并网报装流程
• 具备独立判断和决策能力能在复杂现场环境中有效推进工作
• 沟通协调能力突出能与多方高效合作

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering Power Systems and Automation Building Electrical or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience preferably with full-cycle project management background in semiconductor pharmaceutical or manufacturing plant projects.
• Familiar with the full-cycle management of electrical systems from design tendering procurement installation to commissioning.
• Experience in electrical technical RFP preparation and supplier evaluation.
• Familiar with power system codes and utility connection application processes.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making ability able to effectively advance work in complex on-site environments.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills able to collaborate efficiently with multiple parties.
