Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FM ensuring the safety reliability availability and performance of all production equipment and facility systems across the plant including stamping welding paint shop and general assembly production lines.
  • Responsible for organizing and compiling annual budgets for department personnel materials etc.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Project teams on new line installations equipment commissioning and model-year changeovers.
  • Own and drive improvement of key maintenance KPIs: OEE MTBF MTTR equipment downtime PM compliance rate and maintenance cost per vehicle.
  • Responsible for organizing and completing key tasks and important project of the department.
  • Responsible for the continuous optimization of the system process.
  • Lead mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors engineers and technicians across mechanical electrical controls and robotics specialties.
  • Other related work arranged by line manager.
