学历学位 (Education Background)Master or PhD preferred in PharmaceuticalBiomedical Engineering Biology Biotechnology or other relevant disciplines

专业 (Professionals)Prefer to scientific major (Pharmaceutical Cell Biology Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry.)

经验/履历 (Working Experience)Advanced knowledge in general HCA applications including academic research and drug screen unniversity hospitals and research institutes.
Be open to the one who has proven history of driving collaboration and teamwork are more important to us than a specific sales or scientific background.

专业技能 (Professional Skills)Experience and Technical Requirements:
Hands-on expertise with biophysical characterization techniques and analytical instrumentation.
A customer-oriented mindset excellent analytical and problem-solving skills attention to detail.
Self-motivation and the desire to work with customers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in diverse teams and cross-functionally prioritize and multitask.
Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to work with customers.

Good command of MS office software application and be capable of CRM software using ie. Salesforce
Problem-solving and Result-oriented good team player
This position involves working in an office environment and in a home office setting customer sites and
analytical laboratories. It involves substantial communication with employees corporate partners
customers distributors visitors vendors contractors and others. On occasion work outside of regular
business hours may be required. With or without reasonable accommodation able to:
Work in an office environment and occasionally an analytical laboratory
Travel to customer sites (approximately 50%)

岗位职责描述Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)

1Support all technical and commercial activities for FlowCam in China and across APAC

2Work closely with YFT/YCN leadership to build the FlowCam sales marketing service and

3Work closely with the YCN Life RBO to growth the FlowCam business for Yokogawa China.

4Responsible for executing annual technical and marketing plans based on corporate business

5objectives (annual business plan and strategic vision).

6Meet or exceed all business goals while maintaining alignment with corporate business

7Provide technical training and support for all members of the FlowCam APAC business team to

8ensure we are building a world-class organization.

9Develop a comprehensive strategy for technical and application development in China.

10Create and implement detailed strategies for the company to penetrate potential new markets.

11Develop business strategies evaluate market conditions and recommend policy changes to maximum business opportunities and sales.

12Manage weekly and monthly business reporting and forecasting

13Able to successfully run FlowCam demos at customer sites.

14Able to give technical talks at industry tradeshows and conferences
