工作职责
1.理解公司的规范和工作要求配合上级的指引执行所指派的消防工作确保物业的消防安全和品质致力为业主提供优质服务
2.监察消防系统和设备的状况运作和效能及留意现场的消防安全隐患预防及避免火灾发生为业主提供支援时刻维持优良的消防安全如遇问题立即向上级报告情况以便作出适时跟进3.熟识所有消防工作流程并在突发事件出现时立即按流程作出相应行动确保业主获得即时协助
4.正确地报告所有消防事件及隐患立即处理和跟进
5.报告协调跟进和处理消防违规事件与综合服务部其它部门的前线同事合作共同一起处理使整改工作顺利完成减低对业主带来影响和不便
6.与业主建立及保持良好的关系处理客户的投诉有需要时与其他部门一同合作致力为业主有效率地解决消防问题和细心聆听意见记录有关事件及跟进情况
7.参与各类人群管理及消防突发事件的处理的演习和有关工作熟识有关的工作流程
8.参与培训增进对服务及消防工作流程的知识教育
9.在所属区域的消防岗位正确地执勤维护安全之余同时要协助为业主提供优质服务和支援时刻保持良好工作状态与其它部门的同事共同合作为业主带来舒适安全的环境
10.熟识物业的最新运作资讯使有效率地执行工作如遇问题主动向上级求助共同解决问题
11.完成上级交办的其他工作任务工作要求
1.高中或以上学历持有效消防设施操作员证件中级/四级
2. 1年以上酒店大型购物中心写字楼高档会所或百货业的消防工作经验3.正确的保安服务/消防知识
4.处理突发事件的技巧应变能力和正面心态
5.优质服务标准的认知
6.富有警觉性观察能力和团队合作精神
7.正面和热诚的工作态度及良好个人品格
8.需要能接受倒班和夜班
