Job Summary

包装成品
根据现有的质量程序和指导方针以合适的方式包装所有成品在特定区域停止工作订单更新商务软件程序至合适的状态
准备标签产品和包装纸根据依合斯生产程序和包装标准
负责运输成品到它们合适的存储区域

运输成品
负责所有持续运输过程 将每日运货清单和提货单比较
确保提货单和包装的产品吻合根据滑动垫木包装盒子和扶手带数量地址运输者出货商及运输商签署的提货单以及复印件都包含其中
确保提货单信息和数量符合实际的出货信息当出货至卫星厂有任何差异便通知经理

收货
确保运输商的提货单符合产品/材料的实际接收数量一旦有任何差异通知采购部门不要卸货或签署提货单
负责卸载货物并在指定区域存储所有材料供质量部检查以得到释放和使用的许可
确保材料根据程序贴好标签
负责在指定区域存储所有材料特定的线架使用FIFO

材料问题
根据要求确保将原料及时投放到生产线上
确保返还的材料被准确得识别数量确认优先于返回主要的原料仓库
及时地更新依合斯仓库移动ERP软件必须是真实的时间

库存准确性
根据物流主管的委派履行周期性盘点职责

健康&安全
根据公司要求完成本部门的健康安全环保相关的培训教育
积极参与本公司的应急救援演练
及时发现并整改本部门存在的安全隐患对查出的事故隐患及时排除并向部门主管或是经理和HSE报告
一旦发生事故采取措施防止事故扩大及时向上级或有关部门报告并注意保护现场和做好记录亲自参与调查本部门发生的任何事故作出事故原因分析完善本部门风险评估表提出和落实安全防范措施
积极参与定期的安委会会议并落实会议中被指派的各项工作任务
监督管理外包人员的安全作业管理监督外包人员现场作业PPE穿着管理
符合叉车和车辆装货作业的安全制度管理清楚叉车各项安全规范要求定期检查叉车安全性能监督及及时制止违规驾驶叉车和使用带病即有安全隐患的叉车的行为对于叉车的安全隐患零容忍

仓库管理/5S
负责把所有仓库区域保持在一个干净舒适的环境向合适的人报告任何危害或区域需求增长
在仓库区域推广5S活动
