Job Summary
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare order/sales monthly forecast and weekly updates with input from business managers.
- Prepare monthly P&L forecast and reporting package including sales/std. cost/other cost/cost center/HC/working capital etc analyze monthly results and provide variance explanations update monthly forecasts and support reviews with region management team.
- Annual planning including topline/Std. Margin/cost center spending
- Manage Credit and Collection prepare timely and accurate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports monthly
- Support month-end close activities
- Other ad hoc assignments from line manager and regions business leaders
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines company policies and relevant legal regulations
Drive Business Results
- Support managers to drive business results to achieve target
- Business partnering with numerous teams across the business
- Diligently work with operation team to identify potential risks and proactively help propose a solution
- Respond to various questions and requests from operation and sales teams
- Assist line managers and BU business leaders set up critical metrics track actual result and tackle business problems Analyze trends in KPIs
- Consolidate prepare and present multi-region financial and participate in business reviews
- Involve in cross-region Finance projects and assignments
- Bachelors Degree and above in Accounting Finance Economics Marketing or Business Administration related majors
- 5 years working experience in FP&A modeling forecasting budgeting and Finance Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Oracle Fusion and Essbase/Smart view or related financial systems and strong Excel/data analytics skills
- Solid accounting knowledge and strong financial analytics/summarizing/presenting skills/problem-solving skills.
